Discovery calls

Discovery calls are non-refundable once the call has been completed. These sessions are used to assess business needs and define project scope.

Custom software and automation projects

Custom software and automation projects are generally non-refundable once work has started. This includes design, development, integration, and implementation activities.

Refund review process

Refund requests are reviewed individually. We consider the project status, the services delivered, and any contract terms before making a decision.

Processing time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method whenever possible.
