Owndustry service terms for automation, software, and consulting engagements.

These terms govern how we deliver services, manage expectations, protect intellectual property, and support clients internationally.

1. Services

Owndustry provides AI automation services, custom software development, CRM integrations, and consulting for business operations, sales, marketing, and growth systems.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, access to systems, and clear decision-making authority. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment terms

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due according to the contract schedule. Late payments may delay project delivery.

4. Project delivery

Delivery dates are estimates based on the agreed scope. We deliver project milestones, demos, and deployments through the channels defined in the contract.

5. Revisions and scope changes

Revisions within the approved scope are included per the contract. Scope changes, additional features, or extra rounds of revisions may require a change order and additional fees.

6. Intellectual property

Clients own deliverables once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Owndustry retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for marketing unless a separate confidentiality agreement restricts this.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private. Owndustry protects client project details and will not share them without consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Owndustry’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated individually. Discovery calls are non-refundable once completed, and project work is generally non-refundable once started.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the contract terms. Outstanding fees for work performed will remain due at termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the client’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
